We’ve all been there. Maybe you have upcoming event that you want to look really great for. Maybe it’s a birthday, a party, a wedding, or perhaps you have a date with a special someone. But then you look in the mirror and you’re thinking, “Darn it, my face got too fat!”.

You may be afraid that people will find you less attractive because of your chubby, round face. And unfortunately, you’re right about that! Science has shown that face fat does indeed make you look less attractive.

Not to worry, though! In this post I will show you exactly how you can lose face fat as fast as possible in two days.

A fat face makes you less attractive (proven by studies!)

Several scientific studies have consistently shown that people who have leaner faces, i.e. who have less facial fat, are rated as more attractive and healthier compared to people who have more facial fat.¹²³

As a matter of fact how much fat you hold in your face is more important for looking attractive than all other factors that might make a face good-looking, such as a strong jaw, averageness, and symmetry.

People with lean faces are rated as more attractive and healthier

Scientific studies consistently demonstrate that people with lean faces are rated as more attractive and healthier compared to people with fatter faces, i.e. who have “higher perceived facial adiposity”.

That might be good news for you: Even if you are not blessed with supreme bone structure and a handsome face, you can still look very attractive simply by drastically reducing your body fat levels.

Vice versa: Even if you have an extremely handsome face and are very beautiful if your body fat levels are too high your physical attractiveness will be significantly lower than if you had lower levels of body fat.

When I had a fat face I looked older and had less success with women

So we’ve seen that scientific studies have consistently shown that a fat face makes you less attractive.

I will share with you my personal experience: When I was younger and had a fat face I had a lot less success with women because I looked less attractive.

How to lose face fat in two days

In the above image, not only did higher facial adiposity make me look less attractive, it actually made me look older. I was actually a couple of years younger in the left image than in the right image.

To be quite honest and frank: When I talked to women I could tell they were significantly less attracted to me when I had a fat face than a lean face.

When my face was lean, women were a lot more receptive to me and I could tell that they found me physically attractive.

I was still the same guy: (In my opinion) Intelligent, attentive, good sense of humour, ambitious, etc. And yet when I burned off body fat and my fat got leaner, women found me a lot more attractive purely based on my looks.

When I became significantly more attractive by building muscle mass and losing body fat, my dating life improved drastically… it was a night and day difference! It pretty much changed my life. Which is why I wrote “Muscular Lean Attractive” to help you build muscle, burn fat, and dramatically increase your attractiveness.

It really is the fastest and easiest way to have success with the opposite sex!

We could cry about why men and women are so superficial and how it’s not fair and all… or: We could focus on how we can burn off the unattractive fat on your face as fast as possible and become attractive, handsome, and good-looking easily and fast.

Fat on your body = fat on your face

A lot of people think that they can simply hide their fat body underneath a sweater and that nobody can tell.

Unfortunately, this is not the case:

Studies show that participants can reliably estimate BMI from facial cues alone. In other words: People can tell that your body fat percentage is too high simply by looking at your face.

There is no way to hide body fat levels that are too high, your face will always tell the true story.

Lose face fat in two days

So let’s find out how we can burn face fat in two days.

Follow an (almost) zero-carb diet for two days

In order to have a lean, chiseled face you need to reduce your body fat levels.

Since we can’t significantly reduce our body fat percentage in only two days, the most efficient method to get a lean face is by excluding (almost) all carbs.

No carbs = No water retention

For every gram of carbohydrate you consume and that your muscles store as glycogen, your body stores 3-4 grams of water.

As a result, when you don’t eat any carbs, your face lose any excess water and your face will look noticeably leaner.

This is the only way you can get your face to look significantly leaner in two days. Everybody that tells you otherwise is most likely trying to scam you.

Forget about facial exercises. Try a zero-carb diet to get that lean, chiseled look.

Also, avoid all salt to minimize any water retention. Do this only for two days, though. Your body needs salt to function optimally. But avoiding salt for two days shouldn’t be a problem.
